Quantity Surveyor
Requirements :
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in Quantity Survey with minimum 5 years related work experience
- Multi-lingual with excellent communication skills and able to interact effectively during tender interviews
- Familiar with pre and post tendering procedures and verification of site measurement quantities
- Able to negotiate on prices and vigilant on budgetary control
- Familiar with the various MS applications
